An often hangs out at the street tennis courts where on more than one occasion, she has run into players from Gyokurin, Seigaku and Hyoutei. Her encounters with Seigaku's Momoshiro Takeshi is especially frequent and they were usually during times when she needed rescuing. At the Tokyo District Preliminaries, Momoshiro decked the male player who slapped her. Then, he and Kamio Akira saved her from Atobe Keigo's harrassment. Through pure luck, An recently paid her dues to Momoshiro by helping him recognize his bad habit of judging his opponents by their appearances. |
