Mini-Bio |
Although Yanagi helped anchor Rikkai to two consecutive National titles, he recorded the team's first defeat this season. During the Kantou finals, after his teammates secured both doubles points, Yanagi, playing third singles, had the opportunity to clinch the victory for his team. Unfortunately, he allowed his emotions into his game and couldn't close out the match against his former doubles partner, Inui Sanadaru. Four years ago when they were still elementary school students, Yanagi and Inui went to the same tennis school and became one of the leading doubles team in the junior tennis world. Regrettably, they lost contact when Yanagi's family relocated. Specializing in Data Tennis, the Master Yanagi is responsible for observing and analyzing Rikkai's opponents. He was actually the one who taught Inui Data Tennis. |
